Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research methodologies, data analysis, and report writing. As a Research Analyst at Kakuma Research Company, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research projects, analyzing data, and providing insightful reports that help our clients make informed decisions Key Responsibilities: Design and implement research projects, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews. Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data. Develop research instruments and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and visualizations that communicate findings effectively. Collaborate with clients to understand their research needs and objectives. Stay updated with industry trends, research methodologies, and best practices. Assist in writing proposals and developing research plans for new projects. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and guidelines in all research activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Research Analyst or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata) and data analysis tools. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of market research, social research, or policy analysis is preferred.
