Integration Consulting Group (INT) is a dynamic consulting firm that drives impactful development solutions through strategic partnerships and expert service delivery. In collaboration with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), INT is implementing the Promoting Employability and Entrepreneurship in Turkana West (ProSEET) project in Kakuma, Kenya. This initiative aims to address key socio-economic challenges in Turkana West by empowering youth and marginalized communities through market-driven skills training and entrepreneurship support. INT is specifically responsible for the delivery of Output 2, which focuses on providing tailored vocational training programs to enhance youth employability while fostering social cohesion. Through a blend of technical and soft skills training, we equip young people with the competencies needed to succeed in the local labor market. Additionally, INT promotes peacebuilding and collaboration through inclusive youth activities, bridging community divides and fostering a spirit of cooperation and mutual understanding.
